The Hartford Development Group, Inc., dba Hartford Builders, is a referral based general construction company specializing in custom additions, interiors, kitchens, baths, rec rooms and finished basements. Periodically we do design-build home construction generally as a step up for an existing customer. Likewise, some lite commercial and office projects are performed as well.

Hartford Development has been serving Central Ohio since 1976. Virtually every neighborhood and community is represented in our portfolio. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded. Hartford Development under the leadership of president Tom Warren has provided many civic contributions and enjoyed memberships in numerous professional organizations.
